The following video gives general idea of what halal slaughter is. This is not focused on halal slaughter of chicken but on the general subject of halal slaughter. The following is the description that accompanies the video:

Halal is the Sharia Law prescribed method of ritual killing involving the cutting of animals throats and letting them bleed to death. Halal killed animal products are being pushed into the mainstream consumer production of animal stuffs and taken up by the likes of Mc Donnalds and other well known fast food outlets. Excuse me? Do you even know what Halal is?
You ignorant person do you just take articles/video’s that are to your liking?
Is there any evidence to what you are saying?
Muslims slaughter animals in such a way where the animal does not know that it is going to be killed, you do not torture the animal for that is a sin, and we drain the blood out later.
Ignorance is not cool buddy.
