ICLA’s OSCE Paper Now Officially Online

The paper that the International Civil Liberties Alliance (ICLA) presented to the recent Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) meeting in Vienna has now been officially published on the OSCE site.  ICLA took part in the Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting on Freedom of Religion or Belief in Vienna on 9-10 July, 2009.  HERE is a direct link to the paper.  The OSCE is the largest regional security organisation in the world that was set up during the Cold War and more information about the organisation can be found HERE.
